Another new French bakery, the team behind Artisan Boulangerie Compagnie has already set up five different outlets since its flagship store was first opened along Killiney Road in July last year.
Love the ambience here with a wide variety of pastries~

The Missing Pan
This will be one of the cafe I would like to visit again !!
Tried both of their Signatures.

1. 62 Degree Egg Benedict w Smoked Salmon
The yolk of the poached eggs were cooked at 62 degrees, it has that custardy consistency which suits my taste bud most. It totally goes well with the freshly baked organic sourdough with the spread of avocado and homemade hollandaise sauce.

2. French toast Salpicon
French Toast can be found everywhere in cafes, but this is made differently.
This is stuffed with chicken, spinach and mushrooms.
It is a daring sweet + savoury combination, however it was contemporary done well !
